A LOOK INSIDE

The build is
half the adventure.

Printable parts, material lists and step-by-step assembly instructions help you plan the build before you start.

01

Print in sections

Parts sized around the H2D build envelope, with material choices documented in each package.

02

Choose your structure

Printed-only structures, carbon-reinforced airframes and a wood hybrid are identified clearly on each model page.

03

Make it fit

Check a small mating joint before the larger prints, then follow the assembly order in your guide.

02 / THE DETAILS

Same roots.
Different routes.

Two approaches to the same bush-plane-inspired design. Choose the structure that suits your workshop.

03 / BEFORE YOU BUILD

A few things
to know.

What is included in a free download?

Each model package includes printable parts and build documentation. There are ten airplane projects, one quadcopter, one helicopter measurement project and three rockets. Physical hardware and materials are separate. Check each model’s prototype status before starting.

Are these designs ready to fly?

These are prototypes, not flight-proven kits. Flight validation is pending; Drift has an unresolved glide issue. Follow the checks in your model’s build guide.

Can I print the entire aircraft in one material?

It depends on the model. Drift and Breeze are designed for ordinary PLA. Wisp uses PLA, PLA Aero and PETG. Bolt and Transport use part-specific materials with carbon reinforcement and separate hardware. Follow the material list for the selected design.

What printer and radio were these designed around?

The projects were designed around a Bambu H2D. Check each file’s size and print orientation before slicing. Drift, Wisp and Breeze need no radio. Bolt was planned around the Spektrum NX8/AR631+ setup; Transport needs more channels for its additional controls and cargo mechanism.

How do I download the files?

Choose a model, click Get free download, and enter your name and email. The site then provides a ZIP link that works for 15 minutes. There is no payment or email delivery. Request a fresh link if yours expires.

Who develops the Bolt aircraft?

Bolt is an independent RC development project from 3D Hangar. PWC stands for Printed + Wood + Carbon; PC stands for Printed + Carbon. Equipment brands mentioned describe the project’s working setup and do not imply manufacturer endorsement.
